58-Year-Old Dies In Industrial Accident

Yesterday morning in Sioux Falls, I.A., a Minnesota man was found dead at a post office on North Fourth Avenue. Emergency crews discovered B.L. after they were dispatched at around 8 a.m. The electric company employee was operating a lift when he was trapped between the lift and an object on the ceiling. The man was operating the lift alone and police believe he must have been looking down and not have seen how close he was to the ceiling. An investigation is underway into the exact cause of the accident and who is responsible. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is expected to also investigate the tragic accident.
