Second Employee Dies After Falling Into Industrial Dryer

Posted By Industrial Injury Lawyer || 31-Oct-2011

A Louisville, Kentucky worker was killed this past Friday when he fell into an industrial dryer he had been hired to service. The coroner has found that he died of blunt force trauma. What adds to the tragedy is the fact that it was not the first death to take place at Cintas. Four years earlier, an employee was pulled into an industrial dyer, for which the company had to pay in settlements. The company has issued a statement expressing their condolences as well as their intention of performing a thorough investigation. Local authorities as well as the agency that enforces Kentucky's Occupational Safety and Health Standards are already looking into the death.

It is estimated that about 1,000 workers are killed in industrial accidents every years. If you have suffered from a wrongful death in your family, you could be entitled to compensation. The industrial injury attorneys at Arnold & Itkin have secured their clients hundreds of millions and could fight to get you the maximum compensation for your injuries.
