Attorneys Kurt Arnold and Kyle Findley are representing a pair of clients
who were injured in the same incident on the job. The two men are industrial
workers and were exposed to vaporized hydrofluoric acid at their jobsite
after a Phillips worker wrongfully opened the valve. During the exposure,
much of the site was evacuated because of the contamination but the two
workers were trapped on scaffolding and their exposure to the acid was
prolonged as they tried desperately to escape. As they were forced to
breathe in the acid, they sustained burn injuries in their lungs and throat
as well as on their face and eyes. The injuries left them in need of immediate
hospitalization and doctors feared they could be fatal if not treated at once.
The case was been filed and is pending in Harris County, Texas. Arnold
& Itkin LLP is proud to be representing these two men in order to
hold those responsible accountable for their wrongdoing.
