A worker at American Plant Food is working with Arnold & Itkin attorneys to file a lawsuit after suffering serious injuries on the job. The worker is employed at the American Plant Food facility in Bartlett, Texas. He was correcting a problem with one of the fertilizer machines when the machine somehow energized. He was in the machine at the time that it was turned on. He was caught inside the machine for over an hour and suffered severe injuries as a result.
Surgical teams came to the location and the plaintiff was extracted from the machine and flown in a helicopter to Temple, TX to receive medical care. He was diagnosed with multiple compound fractures and lost a bone in the incident. He has been subject to many surgeries since the incident and even required skin grafts to help his recovery from the injuries. Doctors believe that this particular plaintiff will face years of rehabilitation after the horrifying accident.
Because the accident occurred while the plaintiff was on the job, he has decided to seek compensation from American Plant Food. He hopes that he can get the compensation necessary to pay for his rising medical bills and the future costs of his injuries as well as his wages during the recovery period. The case is pending in Harris County, Texas and was filed by Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, and another attorney from Arnold & Itkin.
