Forth Worth Worker Found Dead at Water Waste Facility

Early January, a North Texas company known as Liquid Environmental Solutions reported a fatal industrial accident. The environmental company recently identified the man who was killed in the accident at the water reclamation site. 54-year old Curtis Anderson of Grapevine was the victim. The cause of the accident and the untimely death are still under investigation, said a spokesman for the company.

Investigations Continue in Fatality Case

The accident was reported by the Fort Worth Water Department, who state that the accident happened at the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility. Anderson was delivering a load of liquid food waste when the accident is believed to have occurred.

Shortly after, his body was discovered by several other workers. There was no apparent signs of damage to the treatment plant and many details still remain unexplained about the accident. No further details on Anderson's death have yet been released. The company and authorities are continuing their investigation to better understand the cause of the third-year employee's devastating death.
