Files Suit for Process Operator at Motiva Refinery

Jason Itkin, Cory Itkin, and Noah Wexler filed suit in Jefferson County on behalf of a Beaumont worker who was injured in an industrial accident at the Motiva refinery in Port Arthur. The injured worker was a process operator at the plant. He suffered severe neck injuries while on the job. A contractor was climbing down scaffolding and stepped on his head with extreme force, causing serious neck injuries for the man.
