Networks of pipelines run underground throughout Texas. These metal tubes carry highly flammable liquids to different locations. Since 2010, there have been over 4,000 reported pipeline incidents which have forced thousand to evacuate, causing billions in damage. Additionally, hundreds have been injured or killed by pipeline accidents. As pipelines age, it is the responsibility of the companies that own and operate them to ensure their safety through proper maintenance.
Arnold & Itkin’s Texas industrial accident attorneys hope that the injured recover quickly and receive answers soon.
