Attorney Lindsey Beaty
Lindsey Beaty attended the University of Houston, where she received her
Bachelor of Science in psychology and political science in 2006. During
her undergraduate years, Lindsey dedicated time helping underprivileged
inner-city youth through the Harris County Child Protection Services.
Immediately after graduating, Lindsey took a variety of positions that
allowed her to strengthen her skills whiling helping people within underprivileged
communities, including eight years advocating tirelessly for the youth
as a Probation officer for Harris County Juvenile Probation Department.
Her hard work and ability to connect with her charges allowed her to receive
a promotion to the Intensive Supervision Unit.
Driven to do more, Lindsey decided to return to school to pursue a degree
from South Texas College of Law. As a law student, Lindsey worked full-time
for various law firms that allowed her to build real life experience outside
These jobs allowed her to gain experience in practice areas such as:
- Mass tort
- Personal injury cases
As a law student, Lindsey joined Arnold & Itkin’s Risperdal team,
where she fought for young men who were left deformed by harmful drugs.
After being admitted to the Texas Bar in February 2018, Lindsey joined
Arnold & Itkin as an attorney. Lindsey is passionate about fighting
for the rights of people who have been treated unfairly—regardless
of their personal background, education, or economic status.
During her free time, Lindsey enjoys creating music in her home studio
and escaping to the beach with her family.
